Franco was one of four kittens rescued from Ireland.  They had been abandoned with terribly infected eye conditions! The worst we’ve seen!

Poor kittens spent 6 weeks with eye lotions, antibiotics, constant cleaning them up.  Already quite nervous, made it more difficult to socialise as our hands represented bad things!

Slowly the eye conditions improved.  Franco was left with one of his eyes damaged without much sight at all.  We felt it better to keep him with the Romney House cats, where there is secure fencing and he would not be in danger of roads etc.  He is happy, friendly and healthy now apart from occasional eye drops to be given.
