Enforced closure notices quashed!

Decisions made following a site inspection on the 12/04/11

A: "Enforcement notice issued for change from dwellinghouse to a mixed use of dwellinghouse and cat rescue centre"

Decision:  "The appeal is allowed & the enforcement notice is quashed"

 

B: "Enforcement notice issued for the erection of a detached outbuilding for the purpose of use as a cat rescue centre"

Decision: "No further action will be taken in connection with this appeal" the notice was withdrawn by the council once they realised that there was no such building!

We have been informed that the unjustified closure notices that were served against our small - self funded charity - have been overruled. Romney House will proudly continue to re-home homeless rescue cats!
