.. 8 months +

All is well & everyone is getting along after eight months.

Molly chirps & wants to grab the cats when they come near to her, & they are sensible enough to give her a wide birth & comfortable enough to sit happily nearby.

Crawling is imminent however, watch this space for inter species antics...

Molly is all over the place, she loves the cats & often gets very excited when she sees them. We keep her shut in rooms or parts of the house so she can't harass the poor moggies. (their litter trays are well out of reach in a cupboard under the stairs with a cat sized hole cut into the door so they have access)

Sometimes we let her touch the cats if one (usually Morris) is nearby, she is generally gently but if she tries to grab or waves her arms in excitement too much, we just tell her "No!" gently & move her away (often Morris doesn't even notice).

Well thats it, she's on her feet & tearing all over the place. Most of the time she & the cats observe each other with curiosity. Sometimes she gets over excited when she spots one coming, they just steer clear. Often at close quarters & within easy reach of one another they pay little attention to each other. When out on the street for a stroll, local tomcat Nigel joins in & the pair weave in & out of each other.

All in all, perfectly harmonious.
